ABSTRACT
No presente artigo são analisadas as informações coletadas através do GMFM (Avaliação da Função Motora Grossa) e PEDI (Inventario de Avaliação Pediátrica de Disfunção) em seguimento longitudinal de dois anos de uma criança portadora de Paralisia Cerebral e Paralisia Braquial Obstétrica em MSD. E discutido o potencial diagnóstico destes instrumentos, a estratégia de planejamento a partir dos dados coletados, verificada a evolução e eficácia do tratamento, utilizando-se os dois testes conjuntamente.
This study presents the information collected from GMFM (Gross Motor Function Measure) and PEDI (Pediatric Evaluation Disability Inventory) in a longitudinal follow up of two years of a child with Cerebral Palsy and Obstetrical Brachial Plexus Palsy in right upper limb. The potential of diagnoses of this instruments as well as the planning strategy from the collected data are discussed and we check the evaluation and efficacy of therapeutic interventions using both tests simultaneously.
